App okay. Poor customer service

The app is okay, but I made a mistake and forgot to update my debit card after it expired. I tried to send money and the transaction failed. Instead of giving me an error or warning me my card was expired, they closed my account, locking me out completely and blocking access to the small balance I had. Took over 24 hrs to respond to my mail about the problem. I cant recommend this service.
